Promotion Period

1. The promotional code is valid for a limited time, starting from 15 December at 9am CET and ending on 16 December 11am CET (the “Term”). Sketch B.V. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Eligibility

1. This promotion is valid for the purchase of the Mac app and the Sketch Platform (applicable to one-year subscriptions of the yearly Standard plans only), as these terms are defined in our Terms of Service, if you subscribe during the Term.

Application of Promotional Codes

1. All promotional codes are applied to the order’s value, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our general Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (EULA) as applicable.
2. To apply the promotional code, you must enter it into the “Discount Code” field on the basket/check-out page. The discount will be deducted from the order upon application.

Code Restrictions

1. Discounts cannot be combined, and only one promotional code can be applied to each order.

Non-transferable and Cash Value

1. The promotional code is non-transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.

Violation of Terms and Conditions

1. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, the promotion will become invalid, and the discount associated with the promotional code will not be applicable.

Modification of Terms

1. Sketch B.V. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
