How do I update my billing information?

If your Workspace is currently in a 30-days trial period, you can add a credit card and billing information by following these steps:

  1. Go to Sketch, sign in as an Admin or Finance and click on the Switch Workspace icon in the top left corner of the sidebar — Make sure your Workspace name is showing.
  2. Click on the Settings icon at the top of the left sidebar, then click on Billing.
  3. Click on the Set up a Subscription button, you will then be able to select the billing period (monthly or yearly) and add a credit or debit card. This will not initiate an invoice immediately, but when your trial ends.

If you need to update existing credit card and billing details in your Workspace, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sketch, sign in as an Admin or Finance and click on the Switch Workspace icon in the top left corner of the sidebar — Make sure your Workspace name is showing.
  2. Click on the Settings icon at the top of the left sidebar, then click on Billing.
  3. Next to the Billing Details click on the Edit button where you will be able to update the billing info.
