Invoices are automatically emailed to the designated billing contact specified in the Billing Details section located within Settings > Billing.
Additionally, any Workspace members with an Admin or Finance role can also download invoices by following these steps:
- Go to Sketch, log in as an Admin or Finance and click on the Switch Workspace icon in the top left corner of the sidebar — Make sure your Workspace name is showing.
- Click on the Settings icon at the top of the left sidebar, then click on Billing.
- You will be able to download your invoices under Billing History.
Receipts can be downloaded by clicking on the Pay Online link on any invoice, and then clicking on the Download receipt button.
